On Wednesday afternoon the Year 2 children in Elephant and Giraffe classes completed their RE work based on the enquiry question ‘Why does Easter matter to Christians?’ by designing and making an Easter garden.   They worked together incredibly well with their designs then making their gardens explaining to each other what each part of the garden symbolised.

In our sharing assembly last week the year 2’s created a live art installation, creating their very own version of the Obliteration room by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama.

It was the battle of the classes in our Year 2 Christmas party snowball fight. We all had a fantastic time.
